Employers who have experienced on-the-job injury to their workers may refer their injured workers to
NOMC and expect to recieve timely and complete reporting regarding their injured worker. A Back-to-work
policy at NOMC includes light duty advise to the employer to help keep the injured employee productive and
in a good mental state is available. Case coordination with your insurance adjuster and case nurse is
done on a timely bases with frequent PR-2 reporting provided. We are a full service clinic open 6 days a week
with Board Certified Occupational Medicine physician on staff with Evaluation, Treatment, Lab and Physical Therapy available for your Workers' Compensation patient. Injured workers are accepted on a
walk-in basis and will recieve immediate attention and you will be advised of their status. Contact our staff
to refer your injured worker. Be sure to complete your state required documentation including notification
with DWC form 5020 to your insurance carrier.

or request AME, IME, or QME appointments for their applicant or defendant clients. Dr. Thompson is Board Certified in
Occupational Medicine and has years of experience in evaluating all manner of exposure and injury including
but not limited to; orthopedic injury, toxic exposures, repetitive motion injury, internal injury,
and has provided timely defensable medical legal reporting to the California Workers'Compensation system
for many years. As a Board Certified Family Practice physician as well, he has a great depth of knowledge
regarding mental and physical aspects of injured workers care and evaluation. We are a well staffed, and fully
equiped medical clinic located with easy access off the freeway at the Emeryville Oakland boarder in the east bay.

Personal Injury Attorneys with lien cases to refer, we welcome your lien case referral patients. We require
that patients with medical payment coverage provide their insurance information. Patients with third party
liability cases are welcome on a signed lien basis. Complete evaluation and treatment and case management to assist
your injured client is available at NOMC including Lab, Physical Therapy and X-Ray Referrals. Dr. Thompson has 30 years of
experience in providing your offices with complete, timely, defensible, medical legal evaluations. Expert Witness
